Customer Service FAQs
With Shipping Protection we guarantee delivery of your order it’s a simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch* we will resend your order. In the very unlikely event that your resent order is not received we will refund you. Australian orders are excluded from refunds but will receive TWO free resends to an address of your choice.
*21 days for Premium Shipping, 28 days for Tracked Shipping, and 35 days for Australian orders.
If your order gets sent back to us because of the wrong shipping address, we will reship it if you give us a new, correct address. However, you will have to pay for the extra shipping costs.
You have a choice of Premium Shipping or Standard Shipping. Both options offer tracking so you can follow the delivery of your order. With our Premium Shipping orders should arrive within 3-5 days from dispatch and with our Standard Shipping 10-14 days. This does of course depend on where you are in the world and the reliability of the shipping provider in your country. In some cases delivery times may be exceeded due to delays in the postal system outside of our control.
To cancel an order, you must inform us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order as your items will already be in transit. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment.
We send our orders from the UK and the USA, and we ship worldwide. In this way, we do our best to ensure speedy delivery and without hold-ups.
We send off orders as soon as payment is confirmed but usually within 24-48 hours of your order reaching us. Orders placed at the weekends won’t be sent until the following Monday. Depending on your choice of shipping orders can take between 3-5 days for Premium Shipping or 10-14 days for Standard Shipping.
Before ordering, you should make sure you have a full understanding of the laws where you reside. It is highly unlikely that your order will be seized by customs officers. However, if you choose our shipping protection option, even if your order was to be seized, we would resend it to you.

Please note that UK payments can take up to 2 hours to show in our account and International payments can take 2-3 days so please keep this in mind before contacting us regarding this.
We do not confirm receipt of payment but once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm shipment and your tracking details.

Pharma Lab Global does not accept returns because of the items’ nature and the laws in place. Additionally, our items may degrade prematurely if improperly handled. Please get in touch with our customer service department if you have any questions about your purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they know which peptide is the most appropriate for their research purposes. For obvious reasons, we could never resell a product which had been returned to us. However, if your order has suffered damage in transit we will happily replace the damaged products. If you have chosen our Shipping Protection option and your order has not been received even after a resend, we will refund your payment.
Peptide FAQs
We sell bacteriostatic water for your convenience so you may reconstitute your peptides once received, you may of course choose to purchase your own.
